Spa salon «Vinnic» has already been our client for a long time. But in one of low seasons he faced a problem: very few customers and they don't spend much.
We offered to the client to make a short-term promo for 10 days — «Make a Bluesky cover and get a remove + manicure as a gift».

The client has 4 manicurists who can process a maximum of around 560 clients per month. Therefore, our additional goal was not to exceed this number of leads.

Our KPI for this promotion was 100 baht per lead. Channels, that we chose: Instagram and Facebook. Lead form — redirect to service for client registration yclients, where they had the opportunity to call to the salon by dedicated phone number. It is important because later we can track a source of lead and analyze our performance.

We set the target ads for women aged 25-30 (of course with audience segmentation), who are often near the client's spa (working or living).

Results:
  • the campaign's period 10 days;
  • cost per lead 77 baht;
  • 271 900 baht — the total profit of the client from this promo only;
  • 578 new salon's clients. 260 of them came to the manicure by the promo (300 baht from the client) — 78 000 baht was earned; 426 people signed up for the massage (the average revenue per client is 250 baht) — 106 500 baht was earned; 115 people registered to spa (the average revenue per client is 760 baht) — 87 400 baht was earned.
